At INÉ, our chefs use only the freshest and locally-sourced ingredients to take you on a memorable dining experience. The menu changes daily based on what ingredients are seasonal and available on the day
Omakase is our ART and is served in 3 chapters
ART I
£55 per person - 8 courses that represent a light and seasonal experience balancing simplicity and elegance
ART II
£85 per person - 13 courses that represent a contemporary expression of Japanese omakase balancing temperature and flavour
ART III
£130 per person - 17 courses that represent our most prestige menu consisting of ultra premium ingredients at our counter
We offer an omakase experience over 3 menus served at dinner Tuesday - Friday (6pm - 8:30 pm) and on the weekend, both lunch (12:30pm) or dinner (6:00pm & 8:30pm)
Head Chef Marvin has curated an extravagant menu containing ultra-premium ingredients based on what is fresh both seasonal and on the day and Senior Executive Sous Chef Sanghyun Lee brings his wealth of experience from previous Michelin restaurants to ensure you have a prestigious experience.
